SOMETHING ABOUT ME

I am Nitin Mohan, a proud indian, and I welcome you at my home in cyberspace. I received my B.Tech. degree in Electronics Engineering in 1999 from Institute of Technology, Banaras Hindu University (IT-BHU), which is one of the premier educational institutions in India producing world class engineers and conducting advance post graduate research in applied science and engineering. The admissions to the undergraduate programmes for all Indian and Foreign nationals at the IT-BHU are made through the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) alongwith the other IITs. From 1999 to 2000, I worked as Engineer-VLSI/System Design in Global R&D division of Wipro Technologies, Bangalore, India, in design and verification of ASICs/FPGAs. But I decided to go for higher studies and I came to Canada. In September 2001, I received my Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from University of Waterloo, which is ranked as "the best overall" university in Canada for the last 11 years. From 2001 to 2002, I worked at SiRiFIC Wireless Corporation, Waterloo, Canada, in CMOS IC design for wireless communication standards. Currently, I am working toward the Ph.D. degree at the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department of University of Waterloo. My current research is in Low-power High-performance CMOS VLSI circuits. Hope you would like my home page.
